Suanfarma Biotech SGECR is a Venture Capital Asset Management firm specialized in Biotechnology. Suanfarma Biotech was authorized by the Spanish CNMV (equivalent to the SEC in the US) and registered with the National Stock Exchange in July 2007. Suanfarma Biotech manages funds to invest in seed and early-stage biotechnology companies, but also offers advice to biotech companies on issues related to business and commercial management, and provides support on scientific, industrial, regulatory and financial development. Suanfarma Biotech has an independent investment management committee, in which all decision-making processes are backed by specialists, and strict protocols are in place to avoid and resolve potential conflicts of interest.
